November 2021 Risen Hope in Costa

  Pura Vida! The simple and pure life of Costa Rica At our School   This month was mission month at our school. Here is a picture of one of the our chapel meetings where our missionaries being deployed to Peru are featured. We were able to share hospitality with the Robb family (in the center of photo), and we enjoyed playing Code Names together in Spanish. Lynn and I both have the privilege of teaching their children.    I listened to Rich Richardson's message from the Sovereign Grace pastors conference in 2017, and I have prayed about our role here in Costa Rica.  Link  I think that Lynn and I have entered into the process described in Mark Prater's latest podcast about redefining the role of missions here. We entered the country as retired teachers, and, like Paul, have used our skill to open doors to residency and support for our churches.
